Key responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve inquiries, requests, and concerns from international candidates and clients promptly via phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Investigate customer issues thoroughly to provide accurate product information and effective solutions.
Database & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM system.

Customer Support English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office
