We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Maintain accurate accounting entries and assist in financial reporting.




Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Robust understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
