The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are protected, productive, and well-maintained, while also managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facility needs are met and that services are delivered effectively.
Monitor and manage budgets related to facility operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
