We are seeking a detail-oriented BPO Executive specializing in the Order to Cash (O2C) process to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and cash application, ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and managing the OTC cycle effectively.

As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely cash application. You will work closely with various departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded. Your role will also involve monitoring the OTC cycle to optimize cash flow and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order entry, invoicing, and cash application.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.




Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve any issues related to customer accounts.
Monitor the OTC cycle and provide insights for process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless process.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of the Order to Cash process and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in cash application and invoice billing.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
