The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and retail clients, focusing on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and sales, with an emphasis on fieldwork and open market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, ensuring their banking needs are met effectively.
Promote and sell CASA products to potential clients, utilizing various sales techniques and strategies.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients,



addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of banking products, particularly CASA accounts.
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
