Source profiles from job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and Monster to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Gather basic information from candidates during calls to facilitate the recruitment process.
Handle documentation for candidates who are joining the company,



ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Required Skills:
Average English communication skills are essential for effective interaction with candidates.
Proficiency in call handling to manage candidate inquiries and interviews.
Valuable soft skills to create a positive candidate experience.
A polite demeanor to foster a welcoming setting for candidates.

This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
