We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at Hucon Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to build a solid talent pipeline.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.




Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and productive process.
Support day-to-day HR activities and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the HR domain and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA/BBA), or a related field is preferred.
