We are seeking a dedicated Microfinance Loan Officer to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating access to financial services for underserved communities through group loans and microfinance initiatives. As a Microfinance Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assessing the financial needs of clients, providing guidance on loan products, and ensuring the effective management of loan disbursement and repayment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to determine their eligibility for microfinance loans.
Educate clients about the advantages and responsibilities associated with group loans and microfinance products.
Assist in the formation and management of Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) to promote collective borrowing and repayment.
Monitor loan utilization and repayment schedules, providing support and guidance to clients as needed.




Collaborate with local communities to promote financial literacy and empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and repayment histories.
Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for expanding microfinance services in the region.
