Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in the bancassurance segment.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with banking partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.




Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and non-resident Indians (NRI) to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
