We are seeking a Process Excellence Manager to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across the organization, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that our processes align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Implement and sustain TPM practices to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on process excellence tools and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.




Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives to senior management.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
