As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of financial advisors and ensuring that they meet their performance targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Develop and implement strategies to grow assets under management (AUM) and increase revenue through effective portfolio management.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored investment solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, and AIF,



to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to compliance regulations.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in wealth management and team leadership.
