We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing technical support, particularly in L2 environments, and will be well-versed in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support for their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 technical support to clients, addressing and resolving issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.




Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in technical support to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in technical support, particularly in L2 roles.
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
