Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review US tax returns, including Form 1065 and Form 1120, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist clients with partnership taxation issues, providing expert advice and solutions to complex tax situations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect clients' tax obligations.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax preparation.
Provide guidance on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.




Respond to inquiries from clients and tax authorities regarding tax filings and compliance issues.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of US taxation, particularly partnership taxation and corporate tax returns.
