As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging the Glide API, GlideRecord, and Script Includes to create effective and effective workflows that enhance our service delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
Utilize Glide API and GlideRecord to interact with ServiceNow data and create custom solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.




Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.
