We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in the Pharma Manufacturing industry, located in Dewas Naka, Indore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through cutting-edge marketing strategies. This position involves developing and executing direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing and sales initiatives, as well as managing e-commerce and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities include generating, managing, and following up on sales and business development leads, coordinating with design, content, sales, operations, customer care, and e-commerce teams, and handling communication with domestic and international distributors. The Growth Marketing Manager will also identify potential distributors, dealers, retailers, and business partners, and participate in exhibitions,



business meetings, and industry events to support business development and market expansion.

The successful candidate will possess solid verbal and written communication skills, with a background in digital marketing, D2C, sales, and e-commerce. Robust follow-up, coordination, and execution skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel as required for business needs. Candidates should ideally have an MBA or be pursuing one.
