The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire order management process, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the order processing cycle from order receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Coordinate with various departments, including production and dispatch, to ensure that orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and timelines.
Track and monitor orders throughout the processing cycle, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management on order status and any potential issues.




Collaborate with the factory team to ensure that production schedules align with order requirements, facilitating smooth operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to order management.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of order management and processing systems.
Experience in dispatch coordination and factory operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Solid problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and managing bottlenecks in the order process.
Familiarity with jewellery order processing is a plus.
