We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the Delhi-NCR region, including Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing branch operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), and providing technical service support. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and enhance service offerings.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly in relation to AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and SLA.




Collaborate with regional management to align branch objectives with overall company goals.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Solid understanding of technical service support and operational management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with AMC and SLA management is a plus.
