Key Responsibilities:
Assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care.
Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment options, progress, and care plans.
