We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Tamil Nadu or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. You will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and communicate those needs proactively with our HR department and business management.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs,



and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Robust understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
