We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Rajasthan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that project goals are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
Utilize project management methodologies such as PMP and PRINCE2 to guide project execution and ensure best practices are followed.




Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with project coordination and management in a PMO workplace.
Familiarity with discom operations and project management tools.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
