The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing various tools, including manage engine tools, to enhance our security operations center (SOC) capabilities. This role involves implementing end-user services (EUS) and overseeing patch management processes to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain manage engine tools to support SOC operations.
Implement and manage end-user services to improve user experience and system performance.
Oversee patch management processes to ensure timely updates and security compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve tool-related issues.
Monitor and report on tool performance and effectiveness,



making recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in managing engine tools and related technologies.
Robust understanding of XDR (Extended Detection and Response) and its application in SOC settings.
Experience with end-user service implementation and management.
Knowledge of patch management best practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
