Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients seeking unsecured loans, including personal and business loans.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the DSA channel and other sales strategies.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursement of funds.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan lifecycle,



addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the unsecured loans sector.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales and relationship management, particularly in the unsecured loans sector.
Solid understanding of personal and business loan products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
