We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products, including CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), insurance, loans, and other banking services. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for various financial products, including home loans, loan against property, and salary accounts.
Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell banking products, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide clients with detailed information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.




Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress towards sales goals and any challenges encountered.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of CASA, current accounts, savings accounts, insurance sales, and loan products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
