Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Turner and Programmer role based in Rajpura. The CNC Turner and Programmer will set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components used in slitting line tooling, following technical drawings and quality standards. Daily tasks include creating and optimizing CNC programs, selecting and setting tools, performing test runs, and adjusting machine parameters to meet tolerances.

The role involves inspecting finished parts, documenting measurements, performing routine machine maintenance, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes and throughput.



The individual will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to all safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing and blueprint reading skills to interpret dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Candidates should possess CNC Programming and Programming skills to create, modify, and troubleshoot programs for CNC turning operations.
- Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills, with hands-on experience on CNC lathes and related metal cutting equipment.
- Relevant experience in precision manufacturing, preferably in tooling or metalworking industries.
- Ability to use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and maintain tight tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajpura and coordinate effectively with a cross-functional production team.
