- Visiting all the Branched and inspiring team to perform and make every one productive.

- Visiting all the channel partners, giving product training to all the channel partners on company product & pull business.

- Responsible to make performing BSM/RO/RM by Giving Training how to get Business from Market and coordinate them to work in Write Arias in the Field to generate quality Business.
