Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head – Business Development to establish, manage, and scale the B2C business across the assigned cluster. The ideal candidate should have strong business development, sales strategy, team management, and market expansion experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to establish and scale the B2C business.
- Drive business growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition across the assigned cluster.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the business development and sales teams.
- Develop local market strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor business performance, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular business reports,



forecasts, and growth plans.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or B2C business expansion.
- Proven experience in setting up and scaling business operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Robust understanding of market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹8–12 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
- Working Location: Udaipur or Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- Position Type: Full-time.
