Roles and Responsibility

- Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, sites, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.

- Prepare and review study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.





- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress and participant data.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, pharmacy, medicine).

- Proven experience in clinical trial coordination or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CTMS (Clinical Trials Management System) software.
