1. Management of staff and doctors for smooth functioning of Centre.
2. Applying strategies to increase patient footfall.
3. Maintained PSAT level such as feedback of patients, Google reviews, patient journey TAT etc.
4. Counseling patients for IVF/IUI packages.
5. Maintaining all legal documents ensuring Management g that it should comply with their validations. Coordinating with marketing department for increasing patient footfall.
6. Reporting daily report to operations head also giving brief about booking of patient and revenue briefing till date.
7. Training of recent/old staff in case of any upgradation of process flow.
8. Monthly audit of different departments.
9. Preparing, analyzing, and delivering monthly revenue sheet.
