- Evaluate and examine pediatric patients, taking comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, including acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and developmental disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and specialized pediatric evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, recommending therapies,
and providing counseling to patients and their families.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for pediatric patients.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, providing guidance and support in patient management and clinical decision-making.
- Attend and actively participate in patient rounds, case conferences, and departmental meetings.
- Provide education and guidance to patients' families regarding preventive healthcare, growth and development, and healthy lifestyle practices.
