Debales AI builds AI automation products for logistics and supply chain companies in the United States. Our Phone AI Agent, Email AI Agent, and BI dashboards help warehouse and freight operators handle calls, emails, quotes, and operational reporting at scale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, client-facing intern to be the voice of Debales in front of our US customers. You’ll present our AI products, lead delivery and adoption meetings with clients, and turn client feedback into clear action items for our product and engineering teams. This role combines customer success, pre-sales, and product management, and it offers real responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and demo our Phone AI Agent, Email AI Agent, and dashboards to US logistics clients and prospects, tailored to each client’s operations
- Lead client meetings on product delivery, go-live readiness, and progress reviews, including setting agendas, running calls, and sending clear follow-ups
- Drive product adoption by reviewing usage data and agent performance, finding out why clients are or aren’t using the product, and classifying issues as technical or process-related
- Log issues in our internal system, coordinate with engineers, and follow up until they’re resolved
- Build client-facing materials such as presentations, adoption reports, ROI summaries, and training guides




- Act as the bridge between clients and the product team by capturing feature requests, pain points, and success stories

Who We’re Looking For

Must-haves

- Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence presenting to US business audiences
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI products in simple business terms
- Structured thinking: you can run a meeting, keep it on track, and document outcomes
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Willingness to work US-overlapping hours for the full 6 months

Good to have

- MBA/PGDM (pursuing or completed) or a degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight, or warehousing
- Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS products, or CRM systems
- Prior experience in customer success, consulting, pre-sales, or client-facing roles

Your First 90 Days

- Month 1: Learn our products, client accounts, and logistics workflows, and shadow client calls
- Month 2: Co-lead client meetings, own demo segments, and prepare adoption reports
- Month 3 onward: Independently lead delivery and adoption meetings for your assigned clients
