– Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate orders from enquiry to dispatch, and ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries, order confirmations and day-to-day communication.

Coordinate with the sales, estimation, design, production, QC and dispatch teams.

Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, artwork approvals and payment status.

Prepare and maintain order details, job sheets and client records in the ERP system.

Track production progress and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Provide clients with regular updates on order status, delays and dispatch schedules.

Resolve client queries and coordinate internally to address complaints.





Ensure accurate order specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery commitments.

Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer coordination or order management.

Experience in the packaging, printing or manufacturing industry preferred.

Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously with attention to detail.
