What You'll Do

- Client Management: Build strong client relationships and manage accounts end-to-end.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, pitch to prospective clients, and convert opportunities into business.
- Creative Solutions: Understand client requirements and develop compelling event proposals, presentations, and concepts.
- Event Delivery: Coordinate with creative, production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.




- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell services, expand existing accounts, and build long-term partnerships.
- Project Management: Oversee budgets, timelines, client communication, and event-day execution.
- Relationship Building: Network with industry professionals, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in client servicing and/or business development, preferably in events, advertising, or media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to lead generation, pitching, and converting business opportunities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.
- A self-driven professional who can balance client satisfaction with business growth.
