Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients throughout their slimming journey. This role involves welcoming and onboarding new clients, understanding their needs and treatment goals, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth experience.

The Client Relationship

Manager will handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and progress check-ins, while promptly addressing client queries, feedback, and concerns. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client records, providing clear information about services and treatment plans,



and supporting retention initiatives such as reminders and satisfaction surveys. The role also includes collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to improve service quality, client communication, and overall clinic experience.

- Candidates should possess strong client service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond with empathy.
