- Execution

- Oversee civil scope of wind farm projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

- Prepare construction plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

- Manage site grading, road development, turbine foundation construction, and substation civil works.

2. Site Development

- Supervise geotechnical surveys and site investigations.

- Collaborate with design teams to review and approve civil drawings and layouts.

- Ensure access roads, crane pads, and laydown areas are designed for wind turbine transport and erection.

3. Contractor &

- Vendor Management

- Evaluate and appoint civil contractors and vendors.

- Monitor contractor performance, quality, and adherence to timelines.

- Review and approve contractor invoices, claims, and change orders.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead a team of civil engineers, site supervisors,



and QA/QC inspectors.

- Conduct regular site reviews and ensure resolution of in office issues.

5. Quality, Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with national and international engineering standards (e.g., IS, IEC).

- Enforce site safety protocols and environmental management plans.

- Conduct civil inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

6. Coordination &

- Reporting

- Interface with stakeholders including turbine suppliers, electrical teams, and land acquisition units.

- Report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.

- Maintain records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
