About the Role

We are hiring Civil Engineers with hands-on experience in industrial construction, particularly in oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors. The role involves managing on-site execution, structure, and erection work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural and erection tasks.
- Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Identify and prioritize critical areas to maintain smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Monitor progress, allocate resources, and resolve any on-site challenges.

Educational Qualification

- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or

- Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience





- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements

- Expertise in structure and erection work for industrial projects.
- Robust knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations specific to the industry.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and address technical issues efficiently.
