- Keep records of all project billing activities, like invoices, receipts, and documents.

- Make and present regular cost reports and financial summaries to management and stakeholders.

- Work with project managers, engineers, and other team members to align project scope, budget, and billing.

- Help resolve billing-related disputes and claims.
