Location: Haryana

Qualification: Civil Engineer or Diploma in Civil Engineer or equivalent degree

Mandatory 4+ experience in Manufacturing Company

Brief responsibilities of the job:-

Plant Civil Works

- Supervise and execute industrial civil construction activities including RCC works, foundations, flooring, drainage systems, roads, and structural repairs.
- Ensure maintenance of plant buildings, boundary walls, and stormwater systems.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for shutdown-related civil works.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Township Infrastructure Management

- Oversee maintenance of residential quarters, internal roads,



water supply, sewage systems, and civil utilities.
- Plan and supervise repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of township infrastructure facilities.

Project Planning & Contractor Management

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Supervise contractors, verify measurements, and certify bills.
- Monitor project timelines and control costs within approved budgets.
- Maintain project documentation and MIS reports.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with IS codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in industrial construction and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of RCC structures and civil execution practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office tools.
