About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented, and execution-focused professional to join the CEO's Office as a Chief of Staff / Senior Manager. The role will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and drive business growth, P&L; management, strategic projects, and cross-functional execution.

Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and business priorities.

Analyze business performance, revenue, profitability, and key KPIs.

Monitor and support P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

Identify growth opportunities, current business initiatives, and operational improvements.

Prepare board presentations, executive reports,



and business reviews.

Drive process improvement, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and Technology teams to ensure execution excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA from a Tier-1 and Tier 2 Business School

MBA specialization in Finance preferred.

2-6 years of post-MBA experience in CEOs Office, Corporate Strategy, Business Finance,

Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Operations, or Strategic

Projects.

Strong understanding of P&L; management and financial analysis.

Proven project management and stakeholder management experience.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling capabilities.
