Mission / Scope of Work: He/ She coordinates the activities for the preparation of material, dimension, & purchase specification of the items in compliance with the piping standards and job requirements; vendor qualification, evaluation and finalization.

- To coordinate the overall operation of the design activities of the Piping Classes Team and the high quality and timely completion of their work within the established man-hour budgets.

- To review with the Design and Drafting team and for all the needs and technical aspects which can affect the schedule of the job.

- To prepare and update the Progress Report related to Piping Classes activities.

- To share the activities among the assigned team and ensure that proper information are available at any stage of the work.

- To assist the assigned personnel on developing their activities and to solve with them possible problems.





- To ensure the consistency of the corporate piping material database.

- To review, coordinate and ensure the Piping Classes, technical & purchase specifications for the supply and inspection of piping items, vendor evaluation & finalisation in order to meet technical requirements w.r.t. standards and project contract documents.

- To keep an updated knowledge of the international codes, standardization and of the technical development of the market.

- To ensure the control and the acceptance of Supplier technical documentation.

- To assist in issuing of MRs and the development of the requested material supplies as per project requirements.
