Indus Trust, which runs Indus International Schools in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, 10X , ITARI and Belagavi, is looking for a senior academic leader to work directly with the top management.

The Role

1. Advise the top management leadership team on academic strategy, STEM curriculum and institutional growth
2. Lead strategic projects across campuses
3. Represent the Trust with academic bodies, universities and industry partners
4. Mentor school leadership teams

What We’re Looking For?

1. PhD in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
2. 25–30+ years of distinguished experience, preferably as a Senior Professor / Professor in a reputed university or institution, or in research or education leadership
3. Track record of working with boards, CEOs or senior leadership
4. Robust strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management
5. International exposure or IB familiarity preferred
