Job Summary The Chief Finance Officer / Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the complete finance function of the manufacturing organization. This role combines strategic financial leadership with solid financial control, compliance, and hands-on execution. The incumbent will oversee financial planning,

reporting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance, and support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, and treasury functions
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans




- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements in Ethiopia
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and SOPs
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations
- Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Support capex planning, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Act as a key financial advisor to the CEO / management team
- Implement and improve ERP / financial systems and processes
- Lead, guide, and develop the finance and accounts team
