Qualifications and experience
· Chartered Accountant with strong accounting, taxation and corporate finance knowledge.
· At least 15 years of finance experience, including leadership experience as a CFO or Finance Head.
· Experience in manufacturing, metals, alloys or another working-capital-intensive business is preferred.
· Practical expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, financial reporting and audit management.
· Proven experience in bank funding, lender negotiations and debt restructuring or refinancing.
· Experience in financial due diligence, financial modelling and investment evaluation.
· Solid understanding of costing, inventory controls, working capital and ERP systems.
Commercial judgement, integrity, team leadership and the ability to communicate clearly with the Director and senior management
Salary :- 35 Lpa
