Red Chess Academy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chess Coach to join our team and help nurture the next generation of chess players.
We’re seeking a coach who combines strong chess knowledge with effective teaching skills, professionalism and a genuine passion for working with children.
? Position: Full-Time Chess Coach
? Compensation
Monthly Gross Salary: ₹30,000
Annual Fixed Gross Salary: ₹3,60,000 (3.60 LPA)
Performance-Based Annual Bonus: Up to ₹30,000 after completing 12 months, subject to performance and eligibility.
? Candidate Requirements
Must be a FIDE-rated player.
2–3 years of chess coaching experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and developing young chess players.
Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude.
? Job Details
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Work mode: Online and offline, as assigned.
Employment type: Full-time.
Working days: 6 days per week, with Friday off.
