Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, including preparation and review of financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include handling direct and indirect taxation matters, filing returns, assisting with tax planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The role involves conducting audits, documentation, and working closely with clients to identify financial risks, optimize processes, and provide practical advisory support.

Accountant will collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality deliverables, meet deadlines, and uphold the firm’s standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Robust accounting and financial reporting skills, including preparation of financial statements and ledger management.
- Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, tax return filing, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and related documentation and review processes.
- Ability to analyze financial data, provide advisory insights, and support business decision-making.
- Comfort with accounting software and MS Office tools; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification (CA), with relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines effectively.
