Brief Role :

Review any contracts before they are signed.

Personally coach, train and mentor direct subordinates and provided career development opportunities through training and quality management activities.

Manage the sub ordinates and is responsible for overall direction, Co- ordination Planning, assigning and directing.

Identify capacity limitations & bottlenecks related directly/ indirectly to finance dept. and process problems and bringing about improvements in the same.

Capital raising activities has to be initiated which includes Project Report , negotiations and presentation to banks on our capabilities for all existing and recent ventures

Making acceptable accounting policies

Handling scrutiny and other assignments for all group companies

Audit of all the group companies
