About the Company: Our client is a leading global supplier of advanced products and services across Commercial Aviation, Military, Defense, and General Aviation sectors. The company specializes in the supply, repair, and overall management of aircraft parts & components.

Brief description: Responsible for managing end-to-end charter flight operations, including flight scheduling, crew coordination, clearances, ground handling, and live flight monitoring. Ensure DGCA regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate with aviation authorities and service providers, manage operational contingencies, and support cost tracking and reporting to ensure secure, efficient, and seamless charter operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Flight Operations Management: Manage daily flight schedules, routing, slot clearances, and ground handling for domestic and international charter flights. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Flight Crew, Crew Rostering, Maintenance, and Commercial/Sales teams for smooth charter operations. • Flight Monitoring & Contingency Management: Monitor live flights and manage schedule changes, delays, technical issues, weather disruptions, and airport restrictions. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to DGCA CARs, Aircraft Rules, AIP, and applicable requirements for non-scheduled operations. • Flight Clearances & Documentation: Coordinate flight, landing, parking, Prior Permission, and defense clearances with relevant authorities. Maintain flight and crew documentation, journey logs, FDTL, and license/medical validity records. • Crew Planning & Logistics:



Support crew scheduling and ensure compliance with rest and training requirements. Arrange crew positioning, accommodation, and transportation. • Vendor & Ground Operations: Coordinate with fuel suppliers, catering services, FBOs, and ground handling agents across India. • Safety Management: Support the Safety Management System (SMS) through timely reporting of hazards, incidents, and near-misses. Assist with DGCA, IOSA, and internal safety audits. • Emergency Response: Support the company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP) when required. • Cost & Reporting: Track operational expenses, vendor invoices, fuel costs, and budgets. Prepare regular operational reports, flight utilization statistics, and performance reports for management.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Airport Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in charter flight operations, aviation operations, or non scheduled operations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end flight operations. • Strong understanding of DGCA CARs, AIP, flight clearances, FDTL, and aviation regulatory requirements. • Operational Skills: Hands-on experience in flight scheduling, crew coordination, ground handling, and operational contingency management. • Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with crew, maintenance teams, authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Communication: Solid communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
