We are seeking a commercial, capital-markets-ready CFO who understands media economics, content and sports rights, institutional investor expectations, and modern finance environments.

- Act as financial co-pilot to the CEO
- Lead private placement discussions with DFIs and institutional investors
- Drive listing readiness
- Translate content, sports, and audience dynamics into financial outcomes
- Strengthen governance, controls, and regional finance discipline

Desired Candidate Profile :





- 15 20+ years of progressive senior finance experience
- Currently or previously : Group CFO / CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director / Regional Finance Director
- Experience in media, broadcasting, digital platforms, telecom-adjacent, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses
- Proven exposure to capital raising, private placements, or IPO / listing preparation
- Hands-on experience managing multi-country or regional operations
- Robust Board and Audit Committee interaction experience
