**Position Summary:

The CFO will be a crucial member of the executive management team, reporting directly to the CEO.

They will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial activities,

including strategic planning, risk management, and compliance. The CFO will also lead a team overseeing finance, investor relations, treasury, commercial and legal matters, and drive initiatives for inorganic growth.

Key Responsibilities: ****1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:

- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy, aligning with business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**2. Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems, controls, and processes.

**3. Operational Efficiency:
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams for optimal performance.
- Supervise payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.
- Drive cost management and efficiency improvements.

**4. Risk Management:



Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and compliance with legal regulations.

**5. Stakeholder Management & Investor Relations:
- Build strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance activities.

**6. Commercials, Legal & Compliance:
- Oversee tax planning, legal compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain an effective internal control environment.
- Support restructuring, realignment, and mergers as per management decisions.

**7. MIS & Reporting:
- Manage the preparation of regulatory and statutory reports.
- Ensure timely group reporting and variance analysis.
- Support year-end processes and financial audits.

**8. Team Management:
- Develop and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of growth.
- Set explicit KPIs for team members and conduct performance appraisals.

**Qualifications and Requirements: u2756 Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

u2756 12-15 years of progressive experience

u2756 Experience in the service industry or a similar sector is preferred.

u2756 Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and financial law.

u2756 Proficient in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
