Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives across Shared Services/GBS transformation programs. The role will drive stakeholder engagement, change communications, training, and adoption to ensure successful business transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Change Management initiatives for GBS/Shared Services transformations.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness activities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change communication plans.
- Develop and deliver training and adoption strategies.
- Support large-scale business, digital, and ERP transformation programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Management, Organizational Psychology,



or related discipline.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program Management.
- PROSCI, CCMP, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
