About the role

- Ideal candidate would be from an engineer from IIT/NIT/BITS or an MBA from IIM/MDI/FMS/NMIMS with 2-3 years of experienc in fintech
- Product Development & Current Initiatives: Ideation, strategy and execution
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams, including senior leadership, to gather requirements, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project status
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present data to help guide decision-making and track performance across programs and initiatives
- Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority programs and projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
